CITIBANK CITIBANK CITIBANK

On the off chance that the CITIBANK CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES who aren't answering the phones are wasting time by surfing the net and wind up here, WILL YOU PLEASE ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONE? I've been on hold ALL DAY!!!!!!!!

I am OUT OF PATIENCE!

I am CANCELLING MY ACCOUNTS!

BLOWING OFF STEAM HERE IS NOT HELPING ME FEEL ANY BETTER!!

Myf, I held on for a total of TWO AND A HALF HOURS! Is that not insane? First I held on for 95 minutes (I know this because my phone has a minute counter), and hung up when I had to leave the house to drive carpool. Then I called back and stayed on the line for 66 minutes.

I sent them an email saying a manager should call me and apologize or I was cancelling my accounts. GRrrrrrrrr!

Hi Ellen,
I know you blogged this several years ago and have probably (and hopefully) severed ties with Citi. I am in a predicament and require email addresses. I have called and talked to (I think) everyone at Citi. All of this is because of a letter. I need a letter. Letterhead, Account number, account terms, signature. THATS IT. They can't help me. No way to do it they say. I am trying to refinance our home and the loan will be turned down if I cannot get this letter. I find it hard to believe they cannot find someone with a computer, keyboard and printer to look up my account, type the terms of my agreement and print it. Simple as that. No one in the entire corp. can do this. So, I am beginning the process of trying to get through to someone. The thing is, is I cannot send an email from inside the system because the page is technically challenged and I can't get one out through it. I am stuck, talking to the latter rungs of the ladder. Please help!!!!
